At Bwatoo, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund and returns policy. Please note that Bwatoo is a classified ads platform, and the terms of refunds and returns are largely determined by individual sellers. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your transaction, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Products and Services Sold by Sellers

For products and services sold by individual sellers on our platform, the return and refund conditions are set by the sellers themselves. You will need to contact the seller directly if you have any issues with a specific transaction. Bwatoo is not responsible for products or services sold by users of our platform.

Refund Policy for Bwatoo Subscriptions and Featured Services

Subscription Refunds

Paid subscriptions on Bwatoo are subscribed for a specific period and are non-refundable in case of cancellation before the end of the period. If you decide not to use our service during the duration of your subscription, no refunds will be given.

Featured Service Refunds

Featured services such as Bump Up, Top Ad, and Featured Ad can be refunded if the featured placement did not happen correctly or if the ad was not featured during the specified period. If this is the case, please contact our support team to request a refund.
